There is a new TV commercial out featuring Mike Huckabee. During this entire commercial, he leans further and further right, just trying to make people afraid of the new Health Care Bill. Everything he does during this commercial is basically framing the conversation to make the health care bill sound like it will kill you. So basically he is lying.
Now he put himself in a position that during the next campaign (if he runs), he will half to lie about what he said on this commercial. But I doubt he will have any problem lying his way out of it.
Just another lie to try and get a republican back in the White House.
We need to fight to increase the health care that we are now getting, not do away with it. Wake up people. If you aren’t rich, you should be for the Health Care plan, not against it!
If Huckabee is lying then most of the Congress is lying. Nancy Pelosi wanted the bill passed before anyone read it. She said it could be fixed later. Was that a lie or just smoke and mirrors like we have heard for the last 4 years. ALL Americans need to read it because it is not what you think it is. Some bureaucrat or government worker will determine what meds you get or that operation you so desperately need. I urge everyone to read it. It doesn’t provide health CARE but mandates what care you can get. And they make you pay for this travesty-regardless of whether you want it or not. Harry Reid lied continuously about what was put in there and didn’t disclose what was it really was. Who reaps the benefits? Not us-that’s for sure. This Congress overspent and came up with this to get the money back. Look at how many big companies have elected to abandon the insurance they have provided. The reason is because it is cheaper for them not to supply insurance and pay the penalties. Republicans aren’t doing it to kill people but to make sure the government doesn’t-they have the last word on what they are willing to pay.
The day after this bill was passed a family showed up at the office I work WANTING their FREE health care. I told them to call their President and work it out with him-that it would be 4 years before that happens-if then.
